returns & exchanges
Our goal is to provide quality products to our customers. As such, all of our products are guaranteed and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return of unused products in sellable condition within 30 days of your purchase.
Return Process Please contact us at sales@samba-usa.com to initiate the return process. Please include your name, order #, and reason for return in the email. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue credit to the original payment method. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the return process to be complete. Exchanges We do not currently perform exchanges for products at this time. We are happy to assist you in your return and will complete a new order for you if you would like an alternative product. Warranty Information We are confident in the quality of our products but to give you extra piece of mind, we offer a 12 month guarantee on all soccer goals.
